Once you have completed the basic information of the class and added the pricing, it's time for you to submit the class for approval. Before submitting the class for approval you can also validate the contents of the class to ensure completeness.
Validate - Basics and Pricing
To ensure that you have filled all the required fields of your live class, you can use the validate functionality. The validation process checks for required fields and also if you have set the pricing of the class. If validation is successful, you should be ready to submit your class for approval.
To validate your class, click on the "Validate" button located on the bottom right of the page from the Basics or Pricing tab of your class editor.
In case of issues encountered while validating the class, the validation messages should be visible on your screen.
Submit - Basics and Pricing
Once you have completed the class basics and pricing fields, and have validated the class, it's time for you to submit your class for approval.
To submit your class, click on the "Submit" bottom right of the page from the Basics or Pricing tab of your class editor.
Once submitted, it can take up to 24 hours for a live class to be approved. You will be able to resume editing your class after the class has been approved or a revision has been requested from your end.
You can also submit the class for approval from the "Overview" tab of the class editor.

Revision Required - Basics and Pricing
Once you have submitted the class for approval, the LearnDesk approvals team will check the class for completeness, and accuracy, and run additional checks. If any issues are found, the approval team will provide feedback and submit the class for revision. Feedback on your class appears next to the sections that need changes, as shown below:
Once you have made the required changes, as per the approvals team recommendations, you can click on the "Resolve" button located next to the review message, and save the class. Next, you can validate the changes and submit the class for approval.

Once a class is approved, the status of the class changes to "Approved", as shown below:
