LearnDesk software is designed for ease of use and navigation for teachers and students. Items (Live Class, Recorded Class, Digital Product, Video, Bundle) can be searched easily. A teacher can share their item link with students for they to easily navigate to the item.
Ensure that you are logged in to your LearnDesk Account on LearnDesk (https://www.learndesk.us), as shown below:
- Under the 'Teach' menu, navigate to the 'Recorded' section, as shown below:
- Downloadable materials are added under the Lessons tab. Click on the Lessons tab, as shown below:
- A recorded class consists of sections, each section can have lessons. Under the Lessons, downloadable materials are added. Click on the button 'Add Attachment' to add the downloadable materials, as shown below:
- The dialog box opens after clicking on the button 'Add Attachment'. Click on the 'Upload' button to upload the downloadable materials, as shown below:
- Once the material gets uploaded click on the 'Select' option to upload the downloadable materials, as shown below:
- Once the file upload is complete, the file name should now be visible as part of the lesson at the bottom, as shown below:
- The 'Allow file download' checkbox is to be selected to download the materials when the file is added in the "Add File" category, as shown below. The only files that can be downloaded when the checkbox is selected are PDFs.
- From a student's perspective, the resources that were downloaded are shown below:
