You can export orders placed and payments processed on LearnDesk from LearnDesk Billing.
Export All Orders
To export all orders, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your LearnDesk Account.

Click on the Teach menu item, and then click on Billing.
- You will be redirected to the Billing - Orders page. A list of all the recent orders for the school should be listed on this page.
- Click on the Export button to export the orders. You shall receive the list of orders via email on your account login email address.
- By default, the orders on the Orders page are sorted by the last placed orders. If you sort the orders page by another column, the export file will contain the orders listed as per that sort order.
Export User Orders
To export orders for a user, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your LearnDesk Account.

Click on the Teach menu item, and then click on Billing.
- You will be redirected to the Billing - Orders page. A list of all the recent orders for the school should be listed on this page.
- Hover over the name of the user for whom you want to export the orders. Click on the filter icon.
- You shall now get redirected to the page that lists all the orders related to the user.
- Click on the Export button to export the orders. You shall receive the list of orders via email on your account login email address.
Export Item Orders
To export orders for an item, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your LearnDesk Account.

Click on the Teach menu item, and then click on Billing.
- You will be redirected to the Billing - Orders page. A list of all the recent orders for the school should be listed on this page.
- Hover over the title of the item for whom you want to export the orders. Click on the filter icon.
- You shall now get redirected to the page that lists all the orders related to the item.
- Click on the Export button to export the orders. You shall receive the list of orders via email on your account login email address.

To export all payments, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your LearnDesk Account.

- You will be redirected to the Billing page. Next, click on the Payments menu item from the left-hand menu.
- A list of all the recent payments for the school should be listed on this page.
- Click on the Export button to export the payments. You shall receive the list of payments via email on your account login email address.
- By default, the payments on the Payments page are sorted by the last payments processed. If you sort the page by another column, the export file will contain the payments listed as per that sort order.
