You'll be able to view details of an order placed on LearnDesk from LearnDesk Billing.
To view orders, follow the steps given below:
- Login to your LearnDesk Account.

Click on the Teach menu item, and then click on Billing.
- You will be redirected to the Billing - Orders page. A list of all the recent orders for the school is available on this page.
- Click on any order listed on this page, and you will be redirected to the orders detail page.

On the order details page, you can view details of the order, including:
- Customer name and email
- Amount paid
- Refund issued
- Payment type
- Payment processor
- Order date
- Order status
- You can also issue a refund from the order details page.
- The orders details page will also list the payments made for the order. For orders of the type of subscription and payment plan, there can be multiple payments associated with the order.
