LearnDesk School Billing tab reflects information about the Premium Membership Plan of your school. If you are on a Yearly Premium Membership, information about renewal date is also available. You also have the option to upgrade from a Yearly Membership to Lifetime Membership. This article provides information on:

Ensure that you are logged in to your LearnDesk Account on LearnDesk (https://www.learndesk.us), as shown below:
Under the 'Teach' menu, navigate to 'Settings' section as shown below:
You will be directed to School settings, as shown below, click on 'Billing' tab:
Update Billing Method
The School payment methods are listed under the Billing tab. Click on 'Manage' button as shown below, to reveal the current information:
A new page will open to reveal the information, as shown below (image is illustrative, refer to LearnDesk Pricing for updated information):
To change the 'Payment Method', such as remove the current card and replace it with a new card or add a new card as Default, click on 'Add payment method' as shown below (image is illustrative, refer to LearnDesk Pricing for updated information):
The new card details or new bank account can be entered as shown below. In case you wish to make the new card as Default, ensure that 'Use as default payment method' check box is selected. After you have entered the required details, click on 'Add' button on the bottom of the screen. You can cancel the process by clicking 'Go Back' button.
Renewal Date Information
If you are on a Yearly Premium Membership, renewal date information is visible under the 'Billing' tab as shown below:
Upgrade Your Plan
You have the option to upgrade from a Yearly Membership to Lifetime Membership. Click on 'Change Plan' button, as shown below:
Charges of School
Information regarding charges that a LearnDesk School is being invoiced for, is visible under the 'Billing' tab. This includes information of Membership Plan Type (Yearly / Lifetime), and of Add-ons, if in-use. Information is visible under 'Premium Plan' and 'Add-ons' sections as shown below (image is illustrative, refer to Add-ons Pricing for updated information):
Invoices of School
Invoices generated against payment of LearnDesk School membership and add-on services are visible under the 'Invoices' section of the 'Billing' tab, as shown below (image is illustrative, refer to Add-ons Pricing for updated information):
To download an invoice, click on 'Download invoice' link, it will be saved as PDF file on local machine (image is illustrative, refer to Add-ons Pricing for updated information):
You can click on the PDF or open the folder to view the invoice, as shown below:
Invoice details include:
- Description - charge description and charge period.
- Qty - charge quantity, e.g. For Email Marketing Add-on quantity is 1 for first 1000 contacts in the US.
- Unit price - charge price for one unit, e.g. For Email Marketing Add-on unit price is $19.95 for first 1000 contacts in the US.
- Amount - amount charged, calculated from Qty and Unit price.
