LearnDesk Marketplace makes a significant effort to sell content to consumers, teachers, corporates, and institutions. We do this via content marketing, targetted ad placements, social media marketing, and catalog sales through our dedicated sales team.
To ensure that the marketplace is valuable to our customers and that our sales efforts for individual content are not invalidated, we require that content remain available on the platform for 12-months after teachers let us know that they wish to remove their content from the platform.
We use this time to remove the content from our sales funnels, from our marketing channels, and from our content catalog. Teachers will continue to get paid during the period for any purchases made to their content.
