Once you submit the class/content, the following steps take place:
- The status of your content changes to "Submitted".
- LearnDesk team reviews all content in the order it is received.
- LearnDesk team reviews the content to make sure it meets our guidelines.
- Live Classes are typically approved within 24 hours. The content review for Recorded Classes, Digital Products, and Bundles typically takes 2 working days. Re-approvals typically happen within 24 hours. You can email support@learndesk.us if you need help and require immediate approvals.
- Once the content is reviewed the status will change to one of the following:
- Approved-for-Publishing: The content has been approved and is set to be published in the marketplace. This step can take 1 week. The status of the class will change to "Approved". There is nothing else needed from the instructors' side at this point in time.
- Revision-Required: The content needs changes before it can be published to the marketplace. As indicated, you might have to make changes in the Basics, Lessons, and Pricing sections of the class. Once you have made the required change, submit your class once again for approval.
- On-Hold: We may place classes in certain non-English languages on hold for some period of time as multi-lingual content reviews may have a higher time lag.
- Approved-for-Publishing: The content has been approved and is set to be published in the marketplace. This step can take 1 week. The status of the class will change to "Approved". There is nothing else needed from the instructors' side at this point in time.
- Once the class status changes to "Approved", the content gets published on the marketplace. Approved content is immediately available for purchase. It takes a few days for the content to show up under the relevant category pages.
