If you are having trouble signing in to your LearnDesk Account, there can be a few reasons.
First, try a few general cache-clearing methods: clear your browser's history, quit and restart your browser, and/or reboot your computer. If none of those actions work, then keep reading.
Your Email Address or Password Isn’t Correct
If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, click on Having issues? Reset your password link on the LearnDesk login page. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you are using the one verified in your LearnDesk Account to log in.
Make sure you are using the email address that matches the email used to sign-up and create your LearnDesk Account. Also, check if you have completed the sign-up process.
Click on 'Reset my Password' to proceed:
An email will be sent to the registered email address. In case the email is not visible in the primary mailbox, check the spam folder.
Check your internet connection
Check your internet connection and make sure the device you are using to access LearnDesk is still online.
