LearnDesk School Orders information can be viewed offline by exporting the information. The information, as a csv file, is sent to the email address registered for the school.
To export School Orders and Payments information, follow the steps:
- Ensure that you are logged in to your LearnDesk Account (https://www.learndesk.us), as shown below:
- Under the 'Teach' menu, navigate to 'Orders' section as shown below:
- You will be directed to Orders page, as shown below:
- To view School Orders, click on 'Export' button followed by click on 'Orders' on right corner of the Orders table as shown below:
To view School Payments, click on 'Export' button followed by click on 'Payments' on right corner of the Orders table as shown below: - If you have selected to view School Orders, a message will be displayed 'You should receive an email with the orders list.', as shown below. Please check the email account used to create LearnDesk Account, ensure that Spam folder is checked in case the email is not in the primary mailbox.
If you have selected to view School Payments, a message will be displayed ' ', as shown below. Please check the email account used to create LearnDesk Account, ensure that Spam folder is checked in case the email is not in the primary mailbox. - The export file will be available in email as CSV file format.
